Tumbling T-shirts

Anyone interested in them? The pink Jumping, Dancing, Tumbling shirts from the show? gok2 (Wataru) and I are trying to get a group together to have these shirts recreated...we might be able to have a T-shirt company do it online for a cheaper price, and we can even add extra custom stuff to them if we want. It would be a lot of fun! What do you guys think?

Yes yes, I am currently looking through different sites, comparing prices and asking if they are able to recreate the t shirt. But, this might not be possible due to the copyright rules and we have to respect the original designs, however, we can create one 'similar' to the original. Any ideas are welcome and the more people we can gather, the cheaper the price!

Hahah... personally, pink is not my color but if the ~price is right~ I might be able to contribute to the project. But we all know how Kiyama feels about lame T-shirts!

So lolz, I checked out the C-box this morning and I'm commenting on all that. I don't know how "close" you want to get to the original design of the shirt realistically, and legally... especially if you want to get them professionally printed. I'm relatively sure unless you're going to walk into TBS Studios Japan with an obviously bootlegged shirt, you'll be fine, but the paranoid in me always wants to make sure...

Adding custom stuff sounds really cool! But... everyone adding their own custom stuff sounds like it can get expensive... How would that work?

I'm 90% sure that the original club T-shirts said 新体操魂 (shintaisou damashii), basically "gymnastics spirit".

Anyhow, I would love to see what possible T-shirt designs come out! As you guys know, right now I'm computerless but if I can find some time and a PC with Photoshop I'll see what I can do~

Thanks kinolee! And thats alright, Alex and I are concerned about the copyright thingo aswell. Better to be safe... we dont want to get sued just caused of the shirt. If we can't 'recreate'/get 'close enough' to the real shirt, we can just add 'Jumping, Dancing, Tumbling' and 'shintaiso damashii (in japanese)' but design it ourselves. We'd love some help in designing! I suck at photoshop so i'm just going to try to hand draft some first...

About the 'custom' stuff, I checked some sites and adding like an extra line of writing in smaller print only costs a little extra. Or like a small symbol is an extra in price.

Personally, I like the idea of a black shirt with 'Jumping, Dancing, Tumbling' printed in white on the front, and at the back, its shintaiso damashiialso in white vertically down... but thats me.
I also like the more original pink shirt design though =S

I love this idea!!! I know there's the copyright issue and such, but I think it's such a sweet idea! I love how close-knit we've all become on here, it's like the real Tumbling guys, isn't it? That's probably the most beautiful thing of all!

But these shirts are really ingenious! I definitely wouldn't mind walking around Tokyo with y'all, wearing these! XD

Okay guys, I got a few ideas and designs that I came up with today during school. They are not similar to the original but they certainly have the tumbling 'essence' in them. I had to draw them by hand cause I'm really bad at photoshop so I will scan them when I fix it up a little.

I also really like the rings one, the one that says Jumping, Dancing, Tumbling almost in the same style as the original shirt! ^_^ Which part is the back?

whoops, sorry I didnt make this clearer, but for the back, It can be the ones with just writing or the ones that dont say 'tumbling'/'jumping, dancing, tumbling' in english...although the one with the tumbling figure silhouette should be fine for the back design too cause its kinda simple.
So yeh, personally, I like this combo:
Front:Rings design one.
Back:Tumbling Silhouette one.

Oh, just to note, I forgot to make the background of the back of the shirt pink... and i was too lazy to after i realised. So what do you guys think? I can change the designs or colours and i'm not sure if you guys want the shirt to be pink or not.

It doesn't bother me if the shirts are pink or not though, although pink isn't my favourite colour in the world... Depending where the shirts got made, each of us could probably pick a different colour for the shirt. Just whatever colour we preferred. Like red, or blue or purple or something, ya know? That might work. That way each of us would have a colour we definitely liked.
