Welcome to "Tumbling: The RPG!" We're very glad to have you!

There are lots of things to see and do here, so if you're lost on where to begin, this is the perfect thread for you! This is a site walkthrough, which will tell you exactly where to begin and where to go from there! Continue reading below for more information! (And make sure you've already registered, while you're at it! ;D

The first thing you'll want to do is visit the Get Started Here board. In this section, you will find the Rules, the Site Plots, and How to Play.

Please read The Rules first, as these rules will not only help you to understand how the site works, but also contain a secret password you will need in order to complete your character application!

Once you have read the rules, move on to The Site Plots. Here you will find the plot for canon characters from the show, as well as the plot for original characters. Perhaps after reading these plots, you will know whether or not you want to create an original or canon character.

The final item under this board is How to Play. This board is very helpful because it tells you exactly what "tumbling" is, how to form or join a new team, how to create a gang, and more! Because all this information is important for roleplaying on this site, please consider viewing it!

Now that you've read all this, you're ready to begin your character! You should next go to the Create Your Character board, where you will find several threads. What you do next depends on whether you choose to be a canon character or an original character. (Please note that some of our canon characters are original and not from the Tumbling TV show.)

If you would like to be a canon character, you will first want to view the List of Canon Characters. Here you will find a list of all open, taken, and reserved canon characters. As long as a character is not taken or reserved, you will be allowed to reserve that character. Leave a response to the thread there to request a character and then you can continue on.

Whether you are playing a canon or original character, your next step is to go to the Create a Character Form. Simply start a new thread in the Create Your Character board with the title being the name of your character, and repost the code from Create a Character Form. Fill all the information out, and simply wait for the admin to approve you! You will also want to later visit the Face Claim thread, where you will be able to reserve the name of the actor/singer/celebrity whom you are using to represent your character. If you are having any troubles with your character form, please also note the Sample Character Form. This thread was created to help you out and give you an idea of what an application can look like.

After taking these steps, you will soon be approved. From there, the site is yours to explore and to enjoy with all the other members! Another place to note is The Character Extras Board. Here you will find all extra information on other characters. You can set up your own relationship plot for others to join in the Plot Board, can set up a thread to keep track of all your posts in the Tracking Board, join or form a new Tumbling Team or Gang in the Listing of Gangs & Tumbling Teams, or find a listing of open roleplaying threads in the Open Threads post.
