The Karasumori Male Tumbling Team had agreed to meet at the beach over the weekend to put in some extra practice. It was always difficult to practice in school, considering the female team usually had control of all the main mats and the boys team just had the worn-out, overly used mats to contend with. Which was why, since they were devoted to this sport, they were putting in their own extra time outside of school. Mizusawa especially devoted most of his time to tumbling. Even at home--though he was not the captain of the team and doubted he had the confidence to lead and command a whole team like Yuuta could--he practiced his forms in his room, despite the small amount of space. Though he wasn't quite skilled enough to choreograph an entire group tumbling routine, he did have some ideas that he ran through over and over again in his head. Yeah, you could say he was obsessed. Aside from school work though, there was little else to do in this town. Tumbling gave him a dream, a hope that one day he would see the rest of the world, while competing in the one sport that had inspired him to travel in the first place. And group tumbling...that was his even bigger goal. Which was why he was the first one here, waiting at the beach for the rest of his team. Right now, he was sitting in the sand, his legs spread far apart as he did some stretches. A breeze rustled his hair, interrupting him for a moment, and he looked up. That was when he saw a figure approaching. Someone dressed in casual clothes. He squinted, but from this distance, he couldn't recognize the person's face. Assuming it was one of his team mates finally arriving, he smiled and waved a hand at the person. ooc: Tag ANYONE! Doesn't matter who hops in next!

It wasn’t by his own choice that Hino made his way along the thin stretch of sand by the local beach. No, he had been pestered by Kashiwaki-sensei to show some, as he put it, ‘team spirit’. In the long run Hino didn’t see any damage to come from making an appearance, all he would have to do was show up. He didn’t need to talk, didn’t need to join and didn’t need to ‘bond’. As far as he was concerned, they were ‘them’ and he was ‘him’. And any association beyond using the same locker room was unnecessary. However, if meeting with them for 10 or so minutes would keep their over protective and painfully cheerful supervisor off his back he figured he would spare it.
The wind was icy, and burned his exposed cheek and neck. His tracksuit jacket not entirely zipped up the way it should be to keep out the cold and instead flapping about as it caught itself in the breeze. With chilly fingers he pulled the zipper up to his neck and directed his walking a little further away from the ocean’s edge, where the sand was looser and threatened to enter his shoes.
The beach was mostly barren aside from a couple walking side by side and a jogger or two passing by. Though in the distance Hino could spy someone sitting on the sand where he had been expecting the others would be meeting. On approach he could see that it was Mizusawa-senpai. One of only two people within the gymnastics club he could stand to be around. He regarded the other’s wave with a slight nod.
Hino was thankful that he wasn’t going to be alone with someone noisy and obnoxious, without worry he joined the other to wait for the rest of the group.
“Hello Mizusawa-senpai” He greeted with little sentiment. “Have you been waiting long?”
In the very least, Hino thought, he could fake moderate concern.
OOC: I hope this is ok, I tried to fix all my errors. I hope I didn't miss any ^^

ooc: You guys are fantasmo , especially with your characterization! I really want to set up some kind of sleepover-type thread...xD Like when they're at the training camp. That would be too fun. Ryosuke had begun his usual saunter down the road which led in the direction of his school, but first and foremost, his best friends' houses. He knew it so well, he was fairly certain he could walk the damned thing with his eyes closed and come out wherever he wanted to without a problem. At the moment, he was actually on his way to Wataru's home. He'd slept in late, and when he'd woken up, realizing there was still all too much time left to what seemed was going to be boring day, he'd decided to go visit his friends. Contrary to popular belief, not every second of his life was busied with the promise of a date with one girl or another. Not that he would have particularly minded, even if it was. Ryosuke had never quite fully gotten used to the contrast between this suburban place in comparison to his old city home, even if it had been a few years since his move here. It felt weird as hell walking down streets that oftentimes were entirely empty, like the rest of the world--minus his semi-annoying family--had disappeared on him while he slept. But then he'd get to Wataru's place or school, see everyone else, and...well yeah. Ryosuke had only just gotten to thinking about the math test that was coming up at school and how he wouldn't mind maybe sneaking a peek or two from his neighbor's desk rather than go home and study, when he glanced to his left and noticed two familiar-looking figures sitting on the beach that lined the road. There were just a few other people in the area, one of whom--an attractive older woman jogging--he smiled at, but he decided to stop and look anyway, just for curiosity's sake. Stuffing his hands in his pockets, Ryosuke craned his neck to get a better look at the couple. If he wasn't mistaken, they looked like some of the guys from the Rhythmic Gymnastics' team at school, perhaps some of the more quieter members, since he didn't think he knew them as well. Then he saw the "Japan" jacket and knew who at least one of the guys was. That put him off a bit from going and he momentarily considered continuing off to Wataru's and the promise of the world's best omurice, until he he pondered the possibility that maybe the team was having a meeting. One that he hadn't heard about. If Wataru or Nippori were going to show up, they weren't likely to be hanging out at the Wataru Home, and typically, where they were, Ryosuke liked to be. But they'd tell me, right?Ryosuke found himself running over to the team member he didn't know so well and Mr. Japan Jacket Sourpuss moments later, thinking he would ask the guys if there was a meeting. If he was mistaken, it would be as simple as grinning, waving, and disappearing like he'd never been there in the first place. Maybe his smile really only charmed the ladies, but it had gotten him out of some tight situations and other commitments too. Ryosuke pulled one hand from his pocket to offer the two guys a wave as he approached, shuffling through the sand. Neither of them seemed to be too thrilled. He refrained from saying any names, because the best he would have been able to manage was "Captain Sourpuss" and "Unknown Guy", neither of which he thought would be useful if he wanted to get some answers from them. Instead, he got right to the point. "Oi, are we meeting today? I didn't hear anything from Wataru, but if we've got one, I have some time today..." Suddenly, Girl Next Door's "Be Your Wings" started playing from Ryosuke's pocket. Nice. Phone messages typically promised good things. He pulled his cellphone out of his right pocket and flipped it open. It was a message from Yuko, one of the quieter girls on the Girls' Gymnastics Team at Karasumori. She'd written to ask if he wanted to join her for lunch in the afternoon. She'd even included a cute little smiley face heart. Ryosuke sighed happily. "Or not. Busy in a few hours, but not right now. So are we meeting?"

Kiyama found himself walking briskly by the seaside road. It was a lot faster than his usual leisurely pace, but he didn't want to be late for the practice session.
Practicing rhythmic gymnastics with everyone had proven to be a lot more interesting than he'd thought it would be, or could be. He wasn't sure if it how much of it was having a new, different thing to focus his energy in, and how much of it was just being able to hang out with peers with some semblance of normalcy. But rather than contemplate the intricacies of everything, he'd decided that he'd just do his best in the activities the club had planned.
That had kept him more than busy as of late; being the newest member of the team with no experience whatsoever in the sport put him at quite the disadvantage. While Kiyama was far from being "unfit", street fighting was extremely different from gymnastics. It seemed to go without saying, but in every practice session he seemed to learn yet another way in which he seemed unsuited for the sport.
But he hoped it was nothing that time and effort couldn't overcome.
Off in the distance he saw three figures on the beach. The taller one with the bleached hair was quickly recognizable as Tsukimori Ryosuke, while he could make out another was Hino from his trademark All-Japan team tracksuit. A few more steps and he could make out that the other was Mizusawa.
He checked his watch as his pace quickened more; it wasn't the meeting time quite yet, but he figured he'd do his part to help the group make the most of the time they had.
Kiyama slung his bag over his shoulder as he stepped off the pavement to traverse the strip of lawn between the road and the beach. He made no movement to greet to anyone until the last possible second, when he'd halted about a meter from the first of the group. He nodded to the trio, his face stopping short of a smile.
"So, guys, what's the routine for today?"
OOC: lolz, fixed my typos...

The person in front of him nodded, before speaking.
“Hello Mizusawa-senpai” He greeted with little sentiment. “Have you been waiting long?”
Mizusawa felt stupid for having not recognized Hino the moment he'd spotted the famous jumpsuit. That should have given it away right away. Not that it mattered now. Hino was observing him with the same fairly careless look he always had, a look that always gave Mizusawa strange vibes. Even though Hino was a year younger, sometimes something about his stare made Mizusawa feel more like the child.
Despite all that, he smiled and shook his head. "Not too long," he responded cheerfully. He paused, trying to think of something to say. Hino wasn't much of a talker, although he could be fairly quiet himself. What he was more worried about now was that he wouldn't be able to find something to talk about.
But he didn't let that show outwardly. Still smiling, he patted the sand beside him. "Why don't you have a seat? You can probably get some stretches in before the others get here."
He was waiting for Hino's response, hoping it would be a yes-- considering he was feeling a bit lonely at the moment (and having someone to practice with was always more fun)--when suddenly someone else approached them.
This time, there was no doubt about who had joined them. Mizusawa could recognize Ryosuke's blonde hair from a mile away. The Yankee was already waving to both him and Hino as he approached them.
"Oi, are we meeting today? I didn't hear anything from Wataru, but if we've got one, I have some time today..."
As he was speaking, someone's cell phone went off. It turned out to be Ryosuke's as well.
A moment of silence ensued, in which Ryosuke was checking his phone and smiling at whatever message he had gotten. Mizusawa looked quickly at Hino to see what he thought about this, before looking back at Rysouke to see what he had to say.
Ryosuke sighed happily. "Or not. Busy in a few hours, but not right now. So are we meeting?"
Mizusawa, still caught in mid-stretching pose (and wondering why that wasn't enough evidence of why they were there), paused. "Uh, well, yeah--"
At that moment, another, taller figure joined them. This time, Mizusawa felt his face flush.
Kiyama.
Kiyama had his usual careless look as well. Even though he was still a Yankee though, the look wasn't as sharp as Hino's...if that made any sense at all. But there was something about that look, that both of them had...
"So, guys, what's one the routine for today?"
Mizusawa realized he was staring and quickly looked away. Guess it was time for him to stop stretching. Maybe he could help one of the others. Though now he was feeling a little flustered.
"Ah, well..." He bit his lip. He wasn't the captain and he hadn't thought to ask Yuuta, since Yuuta was usually the first here. What was the plan for today? "Well...I guess if Yuuta doesn't show up soon, we can just practice what we've been doing recently. You know, the first part of the routine." He ran a hand through his hair, trying to keep his cool. He wasn't feeling much like the leader type right now. "I mean, if we get that mastered, then maybe we can move on to the second part...right?"
He was just babbling now. But hopefully he sounded like he knew what the heck he was talking about, even if that wasn't the case at the moment.
ooc: Sorry if this post wasn't so great, guys. It's so late here! >__<

Kiyama wasn't sure how long it was, but there was a time after Mizusawa finished when no one spoke.
In fact, there was a time when no one was even looking at one another. It wasn't like Kiyama was a social butterfly, but it he found it rather uncomfortable.
Turning his attention to the teammates that had assembled so far, it seemed that Hino didn't want to be there and Ryosuke's mind was somewhere else, as he checked his cell phone. Then Kiyama remembered that Hino never really seemed to want to be around the group, and Ryosuke was texting some girl or another near constantly, so maybe it wasn't all that strange.
Only Mizusawa was displaying any kind of vigor, though the awkwardness of the group seemed to be getting to him, too. But Kiyama knew his weaknesses, and that any attempt he'd make to address the atmosphere of current band would fail terribly. So he decided to ignore it and just work towards the task at hand.
He dropped his bag in the sand and gazed towards the road; he didn't see anyone else in the area, which equated to no one to lighten the mood. He sighed.
"Sounds good. The others can join when they get here."
Kiyama nodded to Mizusawa while removing his jacket, tossing it on top of his bookbag. He then walked towards the sea to do a few quick stretches of his own before whatever practice would ensue.

Tentatively taking up Mizusawa’s offer for a seat beside him, Hino released a heavy breath. A part of him wished that this would be the extent of the team meet-up. No noisiness, no ignorance and no impertinence. Just a few moments in which he could share with someone that; though he would never voice it; he considered just as capable as he was himself at the common interest they shared.
But when Hino spotted the blond haired Yankee approaching he knew the comfortable silence would end, and he would then have to try his best to keep his anger down and his shield up.
"Oi, are we meeting today? I didn't hear anything from Wataru, but if we've got one, I have some time today..."
Hino caught the glances Mizusawa shared with him once Ryosuke was quickly distracted by his noisy phone. A glance that was gone just as quickly as it had arrived. Hino disguised his disappointment with a roll of his eyes at the punks complete lack of focus, something which was far from unusual.
Then, as if one weren’t enough, a second misfit joined them, with his bag slung over his shoulder and hair a mess.
Though Hino’s attention was quickly reverted away from Kiyama and back to Mizusawa who looked suddenly more than a little flustered on the new comers arrival.
"So, guys, what's one the routine for today?"
Kiyama’s words were distant in his mind to the confusion that now controlled it. Mizusawa was quick to disguise his discomfort, but it didn’t change the fact that it had been there, and Hino knew that he had seen it there before. However he was unable to think of any logical reason for someone who was usually so composed to be overcome by such a feeble emotion.
Hino stood casually wiping the sand from his tracksuit, upon Mizusawa’s decision to begin training if their leader doesn’t show up. He shoved his hands deep into his pockets debating with himself whether it was even worth his being there at all. He wasn’t apart of their group routine, and if he’s to practice he would much rather practice his own solo routine in a more suitable location, preferably on an actual gym mat.
He squinted as he watched Kiyama begin to stretch, and moved his eyes back toward Mizusawa on the hand by his feet.
“I don’t really think I need to be here” He stated impassively. “I think I’ll just head home”

Ryosuke hadn't quite received an answer to his question, but he also hadn't quite noticed, he'd become so interested in his phone. Unless he was the one who'd made the invitation, he typically liked to make the girls who asked him places wait just a little bit before he responded....build up the suspense that way. It was always more fun waiting for the answer than getting it right away. He knew that from experience.
He wouldn't have noticed anyone else had arrived, or even the looks he was getting from the two guys already in front of him, which he didn't end up noticing anyway, if the new arrival hadn't spoken. Ryosuke automatically recognized the voice, even if he didn't hear it as often as he probably should, and he looked up for a quick second to acknowledge the quieter Yankee guy.
"So, guys, what's the routine for today?"
Ryosuke shrugged, but offered the other guy a wave. "Ki-ya-ma. Domo."
Then he returned to his phone. How many minutes had it been since he'd received Yuko-chan's message? Five, maybe? Ten sounded like a good amount of time to let her wait before she got his response. Or was fifteen better?
Ryosuke had become something of a master of multi-tasking. As he began typing away on his phone again, he somehow still managed to acknowledge Unknown Guy's words. To him, it sounded almost like there really hadn't been a meeting planned, not a well-organized one anyway, and he began to wonder if Wataru or Nippori even knew about the thing. He sent his message to Yuko-chan, a bit earlier than the ten minutes he'd intended, then opened another window to send a message to his two best friends about the whole thing. He kept it short and simple:
Kiyama n me w/ tmbl guys. At the beach. U joining?
"I mean, if we get that mastered, then maybe we can move on to the second part...right?"
Ryosuke caught the last part of Unknown Guy's words and raised a hand, simultaneously snapping his phone shut and slipping it back into his pocket. He didn't actually wait to be acknowledged. He sort of just blurted his question out. He'd been thinking about the new routine they had lined up, and he thought what they currently had him doing in the back just felt awkward.
"I was just gonna say about the end of the first part, where you have me doing that ballerina twirl thing..."
Ryosuke saw Kiyama drop his bag and move further in towards the water before sitting down to do some stretches, then considered doing the same. Except, then he realized he wasn't even dressed to do this kind of thing right now. He'd been off to a friend's house earlier, not a gym session.
"Damn..." He was in the process of weighing his options, when his favorite Sourpuss started up. Ryosuke looked up immediately.
“I don’t really think I need to be here” He stated impassively. “I think I’ll just head home”
Ryosuke frowned. At least he'd been trying to find a way to settle in and start stretching. It wasn't like he had to be there either. It wasn't even like he strongly wanted to....kind of. Who was this guy to act like he was higher and mightier than any of them?
"Yeah, with your attitude, you're probably right. Don't need you drowning us in your self pity." Ryosuke settled onto the ground, having officially made up his mind. He was going to stay. He curled his fingers in the sand and spoke his next words more softly, probably because even he wasn't quite sure where they'd come from. "Any of us could say we're just going home...doesn't mean it's the right thing to do for the team..."

Something of an awkward silence ensued, and Mizusawa lowered his eyes to the ground, unsure of what to say. He couldn't pressure them into practicing if they didn't want to, and he didn't want to pressure them either. Already it seemed like no one really wanted to be here. But he wasn't the type to tell everyone they had to stay--that was more Yuuta's job than anyone else's. He was preparing for everyone to just up and leave, when he heard a soft thumping sound nearby. He looked up and saw that Kiyama, of all people, had dropped his bag in the sand. Mizusawa's eyes met his. "Sounds good. The others can join when they get here."Mizusawa watched, slightly stunned, as Kiyama nodded to him, then took off his jacket and made his way closer to the water, evidently about to do some practice stretches of his own. Mizusawa's expression quickly softened, in appreciation that Kiyama was showing some initiative, but the other boy was already busy practicing and probably had not seen it. He barely heard Ryosuke's words nearby as the Yankee began talking about the routine. "I was just gonna say about the end of the first part, where you have me doing that ballerina twirl thing..."That was when he sensed movement beside him, and was momentarily distracted from Kiyama. It was Hino. Hino was getting up out of the sand, dusting himself off and looking, much not to Mizusawa's surprise, disgruntled. The younger boy had shoved his hands into his pockets and, for a moment, he made eye contact with Mizusawa. Mizusawa just stared back for a moment, confused. “I don’t really think I need to be here” He stated impassively. “I think I’ll just head home.”Mizusawa was surprised. Did Hino really feel that way? Of course, yes, Hino technically didn't have to practice the routine with them, but...he was still part of the team right? Great, Mizusawa couldn't help thinking. I scared him off. This is why I wouldn't make a good leader at all... He opened his mouth, about to ask Hino to stay, but someone beat him to speaking. "Any of us could say we're just going home...doesn't mean it's the right thing to do for the team..."Mizusawa was stunned. Of course he should have expected a Yankee like Ryosuke to say what he wanted to say, but still...That had been quite a bit, well... direct. This was bad...he didn't want anyone leaving before Yuuta had even arrived. This was already looking bad for the team. "Look, guys..." Mizusawa cut in softly, glancing over at Kiyama for a moment before looking between Hino and Ryosuke. He felt his stomach flip-flop at the look on Hino's face. ooc: Let me know if I need to add any more to the post. I left it off like this for Hino's retort! But if I need to add more, I certainly can do!

"Ahh everyone, sorry I'm late!" Yuuta ran towards the quartet, panting. He didn't expect to wake up late from his afternoon nap- something he really needed nowadays from all the stress. He had planned for an impromptu training session at the beach today as the gym was booked by the girls tumbling team today as per usual.
To his surprise, he seemed to have stumbled onto an awkward situation what with Hino standing and facing away from the rest while Mizusawa had this struggling expression on his face.
"Uhh, if this is about me being late then I'm really sorry. I'll make it up to you guys somehow," Yuuta pleaded. He couldn't really tell what had happened but he was hoping to avert any possible disasters before they could even start practice.
Yuuta placed his bag down and shrugged of his jacket, having worn the practice shirt inside.
"Ok, let's all get some stretches down before we start with any routine. I have an idea of what we could do today but I don't want any accidents before we can even start. We can at least do that before the rest arrive although I'm really hoping they have a better reason for being later than me."
Yuuta ignored the 3 and then proceeded to lay out some mats(not those from the gym) on the sand. He sat on it, positioning his legs into a 'V' formation.
"Come on, just sit on the mats and do the stretches."
OOC: sorry for it being so short >.<

ooc: sorry if there are errors, it's quite late here T.T
"Yeah, with your attitude, you're probably right. Don't need you drowning us in your self pity."
Hino’s hands within his pockets involuntarily clenched into fists, and he felt the corner of his right eye twitch.
"Any of us could say we're just going home...doesn't mean it's the right thing to do for the team..."
He took in a deep breath and in the most controlled voice he could muster he spoke, keeping his eyes glued to the ocean in front of him. Mizusawa's words of calm were completely lost on him as his mind raged inwardly.
“I don’t pity myself" He began spitefuly. "I pity all of you. Thinking a group of misfits such of yourselves could possibly make up a team!” He hadn’t meant all those words to spilled from his mouth, it was like once he got going he couldn’t stop.
“Why should I stay to help out a ‘team’ that I am not a part of. You are doing the group Tumbling, I am not.”
The turned his gaze to Ryosuke, his eyes narrowed and accusing.
“Why should I help any of you, when you have never helped me?” For some reason deep in his mind, where Hino couldn’t quite read, the fact that he was speaking to a sempai and a yankee didn’t alter his words or stifle their meaning. He didn’t feel the fear he should or the worry that a punch would follow. He almost felt like a weight had been lifted.
A weight he hadn't realised had even been there to begin with. He spun on his heal, feeling the sand collapse beneath his feet to turn away from the group, and was about to make his leave when Yuta’s voice broke his thoughts.
"Ahh everyone, sorry I'm late!"
He didn’t know whether to regard Yuta’s sudden presence as a good thing or bad, good in that the attention on him moments ago was now reverted, and bad being that Yuta was one of those people who like to fix things.
When he noticed Yuta trying to wrangle everyone together for practice he breathed a sigh of relief.
In a rare moment of cooperation Hino unzipped his jacket to begin stretching.

ooc: Guys, I'm really sorry if this post ends like crap. I was almost done with it when a MASSIVE cockroach appeared in my room. >.<
“I don’t pity myself" He began spitefuly. "I pity all of you. Thinking a group of misfits such of yourselves could possibly make up a team! Why should I stay to help out a ‘team’ that I am not a part of. You are doing the group Tumbling, I am not.”
Ryosuke curled his hands into fists. And almost as if Hino had sensed the other boy's anger, he turned his way to say his last, nastiest words.
“Why should I help any of you, when you have never helped me?”
Ryosuke was actually semi-stunned by Hino's response. Then he reminded himself who he was dealing with and realized that was probably exactly what he should have expected from Sourpuss. Though, he had to admit that Hino definitely had some guts to talk back to him like that. It wasn't even just that he was close to twice Hino's size. He was the type who dominated in fights. Technically he was at his best when Wataru and Nippori were also around, but he could hold his own very well, and especially if it was only a fight between him and this guy.
Ryosuke got to his feet, annoyed a tad further, considering he'd only just sat down, and slunk over to the unrelenting Second-year, grabbing him by the collar of his tracksuit jacket when he was within reach. He pulled him close, so that the two of them were mere inches apart.
"I don't know much about you, except you've got the kind of attitude that makes everyone want to give up."
"Ahh everyone, sorry I'm late!"
Ryosuke recognized the sound of the Tumbling Team's leader and decided it would be best if he let the little worm in his grasp go. Especially if Wataru might happen to be around. Wataru greatly disliked Hino as well, but he might get annoyed if it looked like Ryosuke had been the one causing problems, especially before a Tumbling meet. He released Hino's jacket pretty forcefully and stepped back, tsk-ing.
"No wonder you've got no friends...You wouldn't know teamwork if it punched you in the face." Ryosuke turned away from the other boy, trying hard to calm his own anger, and stormed back to where he'd been sitting moments before. He plopped back down into the sand and rested his head in one hand, waiting as patiently as he could--or couldn't--manage for Yuuta to give them some instruction.
In fact, Yuuta seemed to have missed the whole event, because he seemed to think the problem had been about him being late. Ryosuke might have laughed if he wasn't feeling so negative.
"Ok, let's all get some stretches down before we start with any routine. I have an idea of what we could do today but I don't want any accidents before we can even start. We can at least do that before the rest arrive although I'm really hoping they have a better reason for being later than me."
It all sounded like the usual rant and routine from Yuuta, so Ryosuke just got up once again and joined the leader on the mats, though he didn't get in the same formation. He wasn't going to be doing that, unfortunately, unless he wanted to rip his school pants. Instead, he just took a deep breath to calm himself a bit, then folded his legs against his chest and wrapped his arms around them.
"Wataru showing up?" he decided to ask.

Kiyama tried ignoring the conflict for about a minute. They'd been a dime a dozen since the more volatile yankees had decided to join a team full of "normals", but in most cases they quickly burned themselves out. Yet this one seemed to be getting out of hand... and quick.
He turned around to see Ryosuke grabbing the second-year by the collar. Kiyama's fists clenched nearly on their own; that was just unacceptable. He didn't care that Hino might've been nothing but a bitch to everyone in the gymnastics club; Ryosuke physically threatening the boy wasn't much better in his mind. The fact that he was more than a head taller and opposing such a lithe boy (with the attitude or not) was screaming "unfair" to Kiyama in five different languages.
For a minute, he wondered if he should interject -- the only other one there was Mizusawa, who was looking pretty helpless. Or maybe Hino was one of those who just needed his butt kicked, once, and real good. He'd known many of the type over the years.
And then he heard it.
"No wonder you've got no friends...You wouldn't know teamwork if it punched you in the face."
For some reason, that line from Ryosuke upset Kiyama, more than it should've.
"Ahh everyone, sorry I'm late!"
He looked up to see Yuuta careening towards the beach, and was surprised to notice that he was in the middle of taking a step towards the altercation... he exhaled, happy that his team captain had saved him the trouble... of doing whatever he was about to do. Ryosuke dropped the boy, no doubt not wanting Yuuta to report any problems of his behavior to Wataru... who was still strangely absent.
He watched Ryosuke storm off, which amounted to walking a couple of meters and sitting in the sand to pout. It wasn't like the two were particularly mature in any circumstance, but it always seemed to Kiyama that Ryosuke regressed ten years in age whenever Wataru wasn't around. Folding his arms, he shot the blonde a disapproving look, though he wasn't sure if the latter caught it.
By this time, Yuuta had started to lay out some mats, and was rattling off about that day's practice and people being late or something like that. Kiyama found himself not really paying attention. He was agitated from the argument that just happened, and a bit more agitated that he couldn't go off somewhere else to avoid anything else the could and would probably come up. But he did is best not to let it show on his face.
Wordlessly, Kiyama found a spot on the end of one of mats, began to stretch again. He closed his eyes and started breathing deeply and rhythmically, and made a conscious effort to avoid looking at anyone, hoping that the rest of the practice session would go without a hitch.

ooc: haha jumping in here >.< Needed to get this out quickly.
Hino felt his whole body pulled by the Yankee until they were almost nose to nose, he held back his shock, his anger and his nerves to merely stare back blankly.
"I don't know much about you, except you've got the kind of attitude that makes everyone want to give up."
Despite Ryosuke’s aggressive tone and grasp, Hino knew he would do nothing, that in this instance he was all talk. And so long as he wanted to be apart of this so-called team he would have to stay that way. If he, Hino Tetsuya, were to be injured by the Yankee it is not he who would be blamed, it was not he who would be suspended, no it was Ryosuke. Not only that, it was their team that in the end would be put out. It was none of his concern what Ryosuke chose to do now, because no-one in their right mind could possibly blame him for the Yankee’s completely uncouth behaviour.
Hino wasn’t sure whether to feel relieved or slightly put out when the groups leaders voice interrupted the silent battle. He was suddenly released with a slight push and as the blonde stepped away from him fuming to himself. He knew the others had been watching, and for a moment there Kiyama looked just as angry as Ryosuke had been.
Hino was in the process of straightening his askew jacket when Ryosuke spoke once again.
"No wonder you've got no friends...You wouldn't know teamwork if it punched you in the face."
Hino tilted his head. He wasn’t insulted, no, why would he be insulted. He was very aware he didn’t have many friends, and while he focused on his training, he didn’t need any.
No, Hino was more concerned, that Ryosuke’s view on the world was slightly… askew.
“You call this dysfunction ‘teamwork’, let alone friendship” He turned to make his leave; this was suddenly the last place in the world he wanted to be. “I’ll tell you this much, if I ever chose to have friends…” He breathed a sigh of calm. “It certainly wouldn’t be anyone like you”
He kicked his feet deep into the sand as he walked away from the group.
ooc: byebye Hino ^^ Sorry guys, I couldn't really see much future for Hino in this scene... considering he's not in the group Tumbling anyway HaHA! Now you can bitch about him behind his back anyway... jk

here comes wataru running: "Hino!Where are you going?" grabs him by the arm and shoves him back standing with everyone else "oh man, why are we even meeting here? it's so cold!" *shivers and glares around* "let's just take turns using the gym! it's so not fair." Wataru, being cold and annoyed by being pestered by two idiotic thugs on his way here is NOT HAPPY. He had to walk away from the fight because he promised he would no longer fight. Then, he suddenly realised the 'tense' atmosphere going on. "what's wrong?" Everyone glanced around and Wataru realised Ryosuke and Hino's pissed faces. "hehh.. anyways, lets get this started! We have to beat Washizu! That is our ultimate goal, isnt it? We're not going to losee!" Then he turns to Hino, "i'm definitely not going to lose to you too!" With this, a smile lights up on Hino's face. "Hai! Let's start" "oi" says wataru to ryosuke. "Come on, don't be such a girl. Get over whatever your mad at. I'll just treat you to some omelette rice later ne?" Grudgingly, Ryosuke nodded. Giving Hino a dirty. Hino, simply just shrugged it off being used to having no friends anyways. Yuuta claps, and starts to gather everyone, planning their routine. Then suddenly the Washizu boys strolled up to the team...
