Satoshi is an energetic young man, always seeing the best out of a situation, even if no one else sees it. He was awed by rhythmic gymnastics while in middle school, looking up to Yuta as a result, even joining the same high school in order to be with his senpai. He always tries his best at tumbling, eager to learn more and apply himself. His one dream was to one day he will be able to do group tumbling along with his senpai.
Because he sees the good in everyone, he's the first one to open up to Wataru, helping the Yankee with his breathing and stretching exercises, slowly opening a path that would lead to the others to accepting him. It's through Satoshi's kind nature that helps some of the Yankees of the team to open up, while he also can be a listening ear for anyone who needs it.
One thing Satoshi regrets is being unable to do tumbling with his teammates. But as the newly appointed manager, he will try his best, cheering on the others during competitions.family & history

Ever since he was born, Satoshi had a weak heart. His mother had him two months premature, the first month of his life spent in the hospital. The experience scarred his mother, making her incapable of having any more children. This lead to her doting on her son, making sure he was the happiest kid in Japan.
His primary schooling was mostly done at home, his mother not ready to let her only child out of her sight for long. It was only when Satoshi expressed desire to go to public school did the thought ever cross his mother's mind. From middle school on, he attended public middle school where he met Takenaka Yuta and promptly fell in love with rhythmic gymnastics.
However, one day while he was practicing at home, the combination of his weak heart and the tumbling triggered an attack that ended with a trip to the hospital. His mother begged him to stop while his father only watched worriedly. But Satoshi didn't want to quit tumbling. It was the first thing he really came to love after all those years of being sheltered. He was given medication in case of a relapse, the only way his parents would let him keep doing gymnastics.
Now enrolled in Karasumori High, Satoshi intended on doing group tumbling with everyone, but after a relapse, was forced to quit. With the help of Wataru and the support of his fellow teammates, Satoshi proudly became the team's manager.other
